PM Modi calls ministers at 09:30 a.m to reach office

Recently Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ordered his ministers to reach the office till 9.30 in the morning. In the meeting of the Council of Ministers, he said that the minister should avoid working from home and present an example for the people.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that ministers should try to stay in Delhi when Parliament session is in progress. He said that while talking about giving a big role to the State Ministers, the Cabinet ministers should share important files with them. This will increase productivity.

He also had to say that the Cabinet Minister and his assistant minister can sit together and apprise the proposals for speeding up the files.

Ministers to be on time

  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while insisting on reaching office on time, said that all the ministers arrive at the office on time.
  •  He told ministers to take a few minutes to get information about the functioning of the ministry along with the authorities.
  • He said that he should also meet the party MPs and the people.
  • PM said that they can start this process through meeting with the MPs of their respective state.
  • Prime Minister Modi also emphasized that there is not much difference between a minister and a Member of Parliament.

  • Prime Minister Modi also talked about each ministry's five-year plan.
  • During the meeting, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar presented on Monday the maximum utilization of Parliament session.
  • Tomar was the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs in the previous government.
