Home Minister Amit Shah launched 'E-Beat Book' and 'E-Saathi' app
The first unified ERSS, E-Beat Book, E-SAATHI App in the country was recently launched by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, so that ordinary citizens in Chandigarh will not need to remember different numbers for assistance in emergency. For this, all types of assistance will be made available to the general public on the new service emergency response support system dial 112.
For the protection of women and children, the Union Ministry of Home Affairs made such apps available to the public under the Nirbhaya Fund so that crimes against women and children can be reduced. Apart from this, e-beat book and e-Saathi app have also been started.
