Grammy Awards 2019: Cardi B created history

The 61st Grammy Awards Ceremony was held on February 10, 2019 in the Staples Center of Los Angeles. The 61st Grammy Awards included many legends of music from around the world.

Rapper Cardi B has created history by becoming the first solo female artist to win the Best Rap Album Award in the Grammy Awards in 2019. Alicia Keys hosted this award ceremony and the awards were offered by The Recording Academy. American Singer Kiss Musgrave made a list of 4 Grammy as well as the album of the Year Award.

Celebrations at the ceremony included Sylvester Gambino, Lady Gaga, Kacey MusGraves and Brandi Carlile, who have made several awards in their names. The song 'When Badge's Good', the last of American music and singer Chris Cornell, was given the Best Rock Performance at the ceremony. At the same time, Ariana Grande won her first Grammy Award.

Quincy Jones:

American composer and record producer Quincy Jones has created history by winning the 28th Grammy Award. He has become the most successful Grammy winner. Jones's daughter, Rishta, also managed to win her first Grammy.

South Korean Boy Band BTS:

In the Grammy Awards 2019 South Korean Boy Band BTS has made history by presenting the award. This is the first Korean pop group to do this. The seven-member band gave away the singer H.R. O. Gabriella 'Gabby' Wilson to the Best R & B Album category for his album 'H.R.'.

Childish Gambino:

Childish Gambino has won the Record of the Year Award for his political anthology 'This is America' at the 61st Grammy Awards here. 'This is America' has created history by becoming the first rap song to receive this honor.
